The Western Caucus Foundation recently debuted episode 5 of “Champions of Rural America” on RFD-TV. In this episode, Western Caucus Members toured the Southern Border to survey the consequences of the disastrous border policies on farmers, ranchers, and landowners throughout the region. Members also participated in a House Natural Resources Committee field hearing where firsthand experiences of some of the challenges from this crisis were highlighted by local communities.
The episode features Chairman Dan Newhouse (WA-04), Vice Chairs Bruce Westerman (AR-04), Pete Stauber (MN-08), Tom Tiffany (WI-07) and Reps. Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06), Harriet Hageman (WY-AL), John Curtis (UT-03), Buddy Carter (GA-01), and Kevin Hern (OK-01).
